When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-2 business days from when an order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 states and up to 4 weeks for international.

How should I care for and wash my product(s)?
Our products come with care labels. We recommend that you follow the instructions on the care label to ensure longevity.

Can I exchange my item?
If you made a purchase through our online store and are unhappy with the product or ordered the wrong size, you have up to 15 days (from when you received it) to exchange it for another item or size. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us. All returned item(s) must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. If you believe we made a mistake when sending your order, please visit our contact page to get in touch. What is the "Rejoice Crew"?
The Rejoice Crew is our customer loyalty program. To sign up, just click "SIGN IN" on the top right corner of the website and once you have created a free account, you will be automatically enrolled into the Rejoice Crew. You'll earn points when you make purchases on our website (10 points to every 1 dollar spent) and you can redeem those points for rewards, like a percentage off your next order or an Agape Attire gift card. The more points you have, the bigger the reward you will get. You will also be able to share a unique code with your family and friends. If your code is used to make a purchase, you will receive $5 in Agape Attire credit. To check the status of your points, just sign in to your account and your point balance will be displayed.
