Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: due to COVID-19 all shipments via USPS have are delayed by at least a few days. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Agape Attire is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you made a purchase through our online store and are unhappy with the product or ordered the wrong size, you have up to 15 days (from when you received it) to exchange it for another item or size. We do not offer refunds, exchanges only.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend our return/exchange policy to International Orders at this time. If you are an international customer, please  refer to our size guides before purchasing - or email us directly at for questions about sizing. 

All returned/exchanged item(s) must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

We are not responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit if sent back to us. 
If you believe we made a mistake when sending your order, please email us about the issue. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
