We love making our own juice for breakfast and although, this doesn't come close to my personal favorite breakfast of eggs on toast, the juice below is pretty awesome. It's fast, easy, delicious and super good for you.

- 1 small beet
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 pineapple spears
